Cantu Flaxseed Smoothing Shampoo Usage Instructions:

Apply the product to wet hair and massage from roots to ends. Lather and rinse thoroughly with cold water. Repeat. Focus on the scalp and use Cantu Flaxseed Smoothing Leave-in or Rinse-out Conditioner for best results.
